Meet the Founders

Tyohaar reflects the belief that every bite should feel like a celebration.

CA Anjali Jain, a former Chartered Accountant who transitioned to follow her passion for food left her job to start the venture, initially beginning as an experiment in her family’s outdoor catering business during the lockdown, which evolved into a successful cloud kitchen and then the brand – Tyohaar.

Kunal Patolia is the Co-founder of Tyohaar, bringing a legacy of culinary excellence to the brand as the second-generation leader of the renowned Seven Skyes Caterers. A Chartered Accountant by profession, Kunal combined his financial acumen with a deep-rooted passion for food styling and presentation—an expertise he began honing at the age of 19.

The vision of creating an unforgettable culinary experience that honors tradition while embracing innovation, led Tyohaar to become the India’s most iconic festive brand featuring in national media & receiving various recognitions and accolades.

Our Food Policy

We aim on maintaining a premium standard through strict Quality Control & adherence to FSSAI Regulatory Compliance. This includes meticulous ingredient sourcing & hygiene audits. Finally, we ensure smooth operations by managing Operational Risks through a skilled workforce & strong supplier partnerships, all while building Brand Reputation via transparency and dedicated customer service.
