Our Story
Tyohaar was born in the most uncertain of times; during the lockdown, when the wedding industry came to a pause and celebrations felt distant.
A Chartered Accountant by qualification but an entrepreneur at heart, our founder saw an opportunity where others saw slowdown. With a vision to create sweets that were safe, innovative, and deeply rooted in Indian tradition, she began her journey with a cloud kitchen in collaboration with Seven Skyes Caterers. That’s when a true game-changer entered the market: Coin Ghewar.
A modern reinterpretation of Rajasthan’s heritage sweet, introduced in 10+ unique flavours. What started as an experiment soon became a sensation. The response was overwhelming; proving that tradition, when evolved thoughtfully, resonates deeply with the new generation.
Encouraged by the love and success, she immersed herself further into the world of celebrations; joining Seven Skyes as a Buffet Designer, mastering the art of presentation and experience. Soon after, she launched her own event designing venture, blending aesthetics with emotion.
But the dream was bigger.
And that dream became Tyohaar: A Sweet Boutique created to redefine Indian mithai.

CA Anjali Jain (Founder): A former CA turned award-winning entrepreneur and social worker. Anjali brings the “Heart” to Tyohaar, ensuring every milestone is met with strategic brilliance and a commitment to uplifting the community. From being named City Icon 2025 to the Woman Face of the Year, her leadership is the North Star.
Mr. Kunal Patolia (Co-Founder): A second-generation hospitality leader with an eye for the extraordinary. Kunal brings the “Art” to Tyohaar. With his deep roots in Seven Skyes Caterers and a mastery of food styling since age 19, he ensures that every Tyohaar experience is a visual and sensory masterpiece.
The Tyohaar Promise: Together, Anjali and Kunal have merged discipline with design. While one ensures the integrity and growth of our brand, the other meticulously crafts the aesthetic and experience that makes your celebrations unforgettable.
